Simulquat™ HC 305 is a non microplastic multifunctional cationic rheomodifier designed for hair care. It thickens and stabilizes a wide range of textures from sprayable to thick while imparting a conditioning effect and thermal protection. Moreover, it presents a wide compatibility with solvents and active ingredients and a high performance in acidic conditions: pH 3 - 6.
