The website and the integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring flow traceability and data security, are powered by Odoo S.A. technology (Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium). Data hosting is provided on high-security professional infrastructures located within the European Union, in compliance with IT security standards and industrial data protection regulations.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
4.1. Corporate Rights: All content (texts, logos, data architectures, recipe videos, visual protocols) is the exclusive property of CIA. Any reproduction or extraction, even partial, is strictly prohibited under intellectual property and trade secret laws
4.2. Partner Brands: Trade names and logos of partner suppliers (Seppic, Lessonia, etc.) are cited for product traceability purposes and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
4.3. Visual Creations: Ingredient visuals and communication materials have been produced in-house by CIA Studios and are subject to specific copyright protection.
5. TECHNICAL AND REGULATORY DISCLAIMER
In accordance with precision distribution protocols:
- Ingredient Data: Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are provided based on the original manufacturers' specifications.
- Client Expertise: CIA shall not be held liable for the final use of the ingredients. It is the exclusive responsibility of the Client, as a professional (in their capacity as the Responsible Person under EC Regulation No. 1223/2009), to validate the compatibility of ingredients and the compliance of their final formulations with current cosmetic regulations.
